Estimated FedEx Ground Shipping Times
We do not offer shipping through UPS or the US Postal Service.
FedEx
Residential Ground shipments are
delivered
Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
FedEx Business Ground shipments are delivered Monday-Friday. Delivery is by end of business day.
For FedEx Ground,
a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to
arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package
would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date. Ground
shipping times are not guaranteed.
We recommend ordering your popcorn well in advance and shipping as early in the business week as possible so as to avoid weekends. Sundays are down days for all carriers so we typically do not ship cotton candy on days where a Sunday will be involved anywhere in the transit time.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We are not responsible for missed events due to any factors above, over-ordering for your event and/or adverse weather conditions.
