Please place your order as soon as you decide you want to order from us. There is a 'must have by' date on the order form so that your order arrives fresh and when you want it.

FedEx Residential Ground shipments are delivered Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

FedEx Business Ground shipments are delivered Monday-Friday. Delivery is by end of business day.

For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Example:  If you ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive, you do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date. Ground shipping times are not guaranteed.

Estimated shipping costs are per case.  The cases don't weigh much but they take up a lot of room!

Because our products are heat sensitive, we recommend ordering well in advance and shipping as early in the business week as possible so as to avoid weekends. Sundays are down days for all carriers so we typically do not ship cotton candy on days where a Sunday will be involved anywhere in the transit time.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  We are not responsible for missed events due to any factors above, over-ordering for your event and/or adverse weather conditions.

 Due to the increased volumes of orders at holiday time, make sure to place your orders early in order to arrive in time for Christmas. Cotton candy/popcorn ordered together may be delivered separately.

Please understand delays outside our control also occur due to the following: weather, product availability, holiday rush season, rural area constraints, lack of response by the recipient, incorrect address information entered, invalid delivery date entered and other conditions outside our control.

We can courier to most of the greater Atlanta area for about $45.00.

We will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address. You will also receive a Tracking number from FedEx after your order is filled and the shipment has been processed.

We guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of colleges, hotels or hospitals. It is then up to those departments to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.
