Ground Shipping
FedEx Residential Ground shipments are delivered Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
FedEx Business Ground shipments are delivered Monday-Friday. Delivery is by end of business day.
For FedEx Ground,
a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to
arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package
would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
Ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
Estimated ground shipping costs are per case. The cases don't weigh much but they take up a lot of room!
Because cotton candy is heat sensitive, we recommend ordering your cotton candy well in advance and shipping as early in the business week as possible so as to avoid weekends. Sundays are down days for all carriers so we typically do not ship cotton candy on days where a Sunday will be involved anywhere in the transit time.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We are not responsible for missed events due to any factors above, over-ordering for your event and/or adverse weather conditions.
Someone will need to be available to sign for the delivery. Should you request a "signature release", we cannot be held liable if there is problem with the product, whether quality-related or loss. Due to the increased volumes of orders at holiday time, make sure to place your orders early in order to arrive in time for Christmas. Wholesale cotton candy/popcorn ordered together may be delivered separately.
Shipping: orders are shipped within one - three business days, however, no order is shipped the same day ordered. Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays and inclement weather. We use FedEx Ground unless you request overnight or 2 Day.
We can courier to most of the greater Atlanta area for about $45.00.
We will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address. You will also receive a Tracking number from FedEx after your order is filled and the shipment has been processed.
