Classic Fun Foods - Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Snow Cones or Shaved Ice, Cheese Nachos and Peanuts.

Rainbow Popcorn - A blend of various colored popcorn. The popcorn has a very fresh, crisp texture, with a mild sweet coating. Our rainbow popcorn can be custom blended for sports teams, holidays, corporations or any event.

Funnel Cakes - Our Famous Funnel Cakes are fried on site and served hot to order with Powdered Sugar, Cinnamon Sugar & Chocolate and/or Strawberry Drizzles. We can make funnel cakes for you indoors or out.

Churros - Fried or baked and served hot with the same toppings as listed above for funnel cakes.

Stadium Pretzels  -Gourmet soft pretzels that we bake or grill, baste with butter and serve hot to your guests!

Ice Cream Sundae Bar - Our servers bring the ice cream (or Italian Ice), gourmet toppings, dishes, spoons and napkins.

Roasted Corn on the Cob - Slow roasted over an open flame and offered with assorted salts and butter. This is a seasonal item.

Festival Food Management - We offer economical, well planned packages for any type of function. Including: Insurance, Site Layout, permits, coordinating vendors, uniformed staff and food selection. Leave the details and headaches to us!

Concession Stand - You tell us what items you want. We supply all the equipment, supplies and attendants for a flat fee or a percentage of the concession stand sales.

Fruit Ice - Fruit Ice is a refreshing frozen fruit ice with real fresh fruit toppings. This unique beverage is fat-free, dairy-free, and cholesterol-free.

Cold Drinks - Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Iced Tea, Soft Drinks, Bottled Water, Sports and Energy Drinks.

Coffee, Tea & Hot Chocolate - Nothing like your favorite hot beverage on a cold day!

Hot Apple Cider - Brewed thru cinnamon sticks, Delicious!

Frozen Drinks - Margaritas, Daiquiris, Smoothies, Slush Puppies, Piña Coladas, Lemonade & Frozen Kids Drinks.

Picnic - Your choice: Grilled on-site hamburgers & hot dogs, Beef and Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork, Steak, Chicken, Sausage, Vegetarian Choices, Generous Sides and Unlimited Drinks.

Hot Dog Cart or Grill - Your very own hot dog vendor brings a self-contained Hot Dog Cart or a Gas Grill (your choice). Cart can be used indoors or out.

Chicken Strips & Fries - Big, juicy strips served with French Fries fried to golden perfection and served piping hot. Includes ice cold drinks.

Fish Fry - Prepared on site and served with French Fries or Hush Puppies, Coleslaw, Salad, Bread, Lemons, Tartar Sauce, Malt Vinegar, Ketchup and Unlimited Drinks.

Seafood Boils - Lobster boil, crab boil, crawfish boil, shrimp boil, low country boil or a clam bake. We do them all and we do them right!

Pulled Pork Sandwiches - Overfilled pork sandwiches with multiple sauces available. Feeds the heartiest appetites.
 
Po-boys - Build-your-own Fried Shrimp, Grouper, Oyster, Catfish and/or Crawfish Po-boy. French bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles available. Served with a pile of fries or coleslaw.

Taco Bar - Build your own Taco! Soft & Hard Taco Shells with Slow Cooked Taco Meat. Topping Bar includes: Sliced Jalapeños, Salsa, Sour Cream, Shredded Lettuce and Shaved Cheddar Cheese.
