Funnel Cakes - Our Famous Funnel Cakes are fried on site and served hot to order with Powdered Sugar, Cinnamon Sugar & Chocolate and/or Strawberry Drizzles. We can make funnel cakes for you indoors or out.

Stadium Pretzels - Gourmet soft pretzels that we bake or grill, baste with butter and serve hot to your guests! Flavors available include Traditional (salt or unsalted) or Cinnamon Sugar, with a selection of dips like melted cheese and gourmet mustards.

Ice Cream Sundae Bar - Our servers bring the ice cream (or Italian Ice), gourmet toppings, dishes, spoons and napkins. Ice Cream Cart available.

Roasted Corn on the Cob - Slow roasted over an open flame and offered with assorted salts and butter. This is a seasonal item.

Festival Food Management - We offer economical, well planned packages for any type of function. Including: Insurance, Site Layout, Permits, Coordinating Vendors, Uniformed Staff and Food Selection. Leave the details and headaches to us!

Concession Stand - You tell us what items you want. We supply all the equipment, supplies and attendants for a flat fee or a percentage of the concession stand sales.

Fruit Ice - Fruit Ice is a refreshing frozen fruit ice with real fresh fruit toppings. This unique beverage is fat-free, dairy-free, and cholesterol-free.

Cold Drinks - Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Iced Tea, Soft Drinks, Bottled Water, Sports and Energy Drinks.

Coffee, Tea & Hot Chocolate - Nothing like your favorite hot beverage on a cold day!

Picnic - Grilled on-site hamburgers & hot dogs. Beef and Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork, Steak, Chicken, Sausage, Vegetarian Choices, Generous Sides and Unlimited Drinks.

Hot Dog Cart or Grill - Your very own hot dog vendor brings a self-contained Hot Dog Cart or a Gas Grill (your choice). Cart can be used indoors or out.

Chicken Strips & Fries - Big, juicy strips served with french fries fried to  golden perfection and served piping hot. Includes Unlimited Drinks.

Fish Fry - Prepared on site and served with French Fries or Hush Puppies, Coleslaw, Salad, Bread, Lemons, Tartar Sauce, Malt Vinegar, Ketchup and Unlimited Drinks.

Seafood Boils - Lobster boil, crab boil, crawfish boil, shrimp boil, low country boil or a clam bake. We do them all and we do them right!

Po-boys - Build-your-own Fried Shrimp, Grouper, Oyster, Catfish and/or Crawfish Po-boy. French bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles available. Served with a pile of French Fries or Coleslaw.

Mexican Fiesta Buffet - Build-your-own Grilled Chicken and/or Beef Fajitas, Quesadillas, Tacos, Burritos, Tostadas & Taco Salads. Served with: Mexican rice, refried beans, nachos, peppers, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, cheese, Jalapeños, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, black olives and hot sauces.
